Kamal Institute of Higher Education & Advance Technology organized a guest lecture on “Leadership for young adults” as a part of Knowledge series-1 via zoom app on 22nd March 2021 at 11 am. Ms. Preeti Subberwal, Founder Director, Thoughtful engagement was the speaker for the event.
She began the session by quoting Dwight Eisenhower, “Leadership is an art of getting someone else do something you want to be done because he wants to do it”. There are many different leadership skills required in the workplace, but the most in-demand ones include:

She added that different leadership styles are appropriate for different people and different circumstances, and the best leaders learn to use a wide variety of styles.
